This is TOO LONG and TOO EXPOSITION-HEAVY and PROBABLY WAY TOO NARROW OF A PREMISE FOR ANYBODY TO BE INTERESTED but I poured my blood, sweat, and tears into this monster and I want to make it a success! This also hasn't gone through the editorial wringer yer so if grammar and proofreading is your game, then please by all means go wild on this freakin' monster.

Maybe i missed it in the prompt, but i definitely think you should mention this is a psycho-pass crossover, or that it at the very least heavily features themes from it. (I haven't seen it, but from what i remember and a cursory google the concept of a "crime coefficient" based on "hue" is directly from there)
Other than that, this seems like a pretty compelling prompt!

Haha, looks like I've been found out. This is actually a rewritten version of a proper crossover prompt rewritten so I'd be able to squeak by without sticking it in the Crossover section, because I wanted the general premise to be accessible enough for anyone to join, not just those who have seen the source material. (And I know from experience that people tend to get intimidated by a scary premise they know nothing about, so I thought taking the time to explain the concepts introduced might help matters.)
Apparently my definition of "accessible" means "so freakin' long nobody in their right mind would think of taking such a behemoth" but ain't that just the way.
Guess I should give up the ghost and consign it to Crossover purgatory.
