You're sick. You're getting Bronchitus again, or Pneumonia. You're sleeping most the day and it burns when you breathe. You should just send a heads up to the few RPs you have and be like 'Hey I don't have the brain tp reply right now because I'm sick.' But no. You're going to be stubborn, and force yourself to reply. And you're probably not going to be up to snuff, and they're going to DC on you for quality dropping. You are the most chill person when other people have things pop up, and you'll wait months for responses, as long as the other person is Ok and Happy and Life's Alright. So why won't you cut yourself any slack? Especially since you know next month is going to be one hell of an emotional rollercoaster.
ITT: Please tell me I'm not the only person who does this and holds themselves to a way, way higher standard than the people they RP with?

SAME. I almost never DC on people for not responding after a while- why not just leave it open in case they come back?

Yea, I've only DC'd on things for inactivity when I go on a panic spree of 'Oh god they must hate me'.

@self again - STOP. WRITING. SRS PROMPTS. Seriously. Mutant AU? Recent Apocalypse AU? Prohibition AU??? FUCKING CYBERPUNK AU??? Too serious. No one wants that. Write something easier and more relatable, and maybe people would actually take things. Also stop writing so much world building. Apparently it's scary. Reign it in douchebag. This ain't come contest you gotta win for how much rambling bullshit a person can cram into a prompt.
