Ok so ive had weird experiences before with a strange man who appears at random around this mall I go to and after encountering him tonight, I decided to record these encounters. If another happens, I'll put it down. Here we go-
ENCOUNTER 1
It's about November. My mom and me are at a Christian store in the mall bc were getting my extremely religious grandma something for her birthday, and we're looking in the book section, wondering what to get. Then, we hear this white man talking to a Hispanic family who came in. Here's what the convo went something like:
GUY: Do you speak Spanish?
POOR WOMAN: Si.
GUY: *in shoddy Spanish* It is a pleasure to go to here- *switching to English* We are so blessed to have you, the Hispanic community really needs more religion
Mind you, where I live, the Hispanic community is predominantly either Catholic or Christian. My Hispanic Christian mother is rolling her eyes even as she hide us behind a book display and eyes the exits. Eventually, Guy goes to the front of the store and is speaking way too loudly
GUY: God bless this store, God bless all who work here, who are inside of here-
And then he's gone. Me and mom are laughing afterwards and I think that's the last time I'll ever see him
I was wrong
ENCOUNTER 2
About an hour ago me and a small group of friends just got done dancing our asses off at prom. We're hungry, so we decide to head out for chicken. We're settled in, waiting on our order to come out, with one friend showing us a show called Drag Race (must watch later). Then, out of nowhere, it's him. It's the Guy.
GUY: *body shaking, looking at us* You all look lovely in your formal dress, and I hope you'll dress as formally to the Lambs Feast
US: *with vacant nods and empty smiles, us six are afraid to say anything*
GUY: I hope you will join us on the Lords day.
Then he was gone.
He walked out, leaving us all confused, and me puzzled completely.
Who is this Guy? What's his deal? Why have I had more than one encounter with the same man, wearing the same outfit, shaking in the same way, despite living in a big city where seeing whack jobs like that multiple times, the same whack job at that, is a near impossibility?
